Hour hand broke but was reached out to for replacement.
The clock is very cute and my son really likes it.

We gave this clock to a young family who had just moved into a new house and they love it!

We wanted to have an analog clock for the nursery and this is perfect. The design, the tail, the face are all inviting.

Well made, easy to set up with clear instructions. Packaged perfectly in recyclable paper packaging (including a pizza box) we highly recommend it.

This is now my second Fox Clock. My first one stopped working after many years when I was re-setting it for day-light savings time. I was devastated! It sits on the wall right above my computer and I look up at it I don't know how many times a day! I immediately sent an email to Paul and he replied no worries, I'll get a new mechanism on the way-no charge. There was a small mix up and I got nervous so I ordered a new one just in case. Well, the mechanism arrived, my Fox was back in action and I'm a happy camper! Now the big problem-where do I put the new, more modern Fox?
